Madame Gautier ~ TRAITEUR ~ is a family run business started in 2005 by Mark and Corinne Gautier with their children Liana and Guy working alongside them creating freshly prepared French Regional Food for everyday eating.
Mark is a classically trained Chef, he followed in his father's footsteps, a chef from Nice, starting at the age of 11 in the kitchen of his mother's restaurant, he then went on to train professionally and has worked extensively in both the UK and France at all levels including 3star Michelin restaurants in both countries.
He has also taught professionally at the two best catering schools in London, teaching many of today's now established chefs, training the chefs for Jamie Oliver's first '15' restaurant and mentoring the 2004 'Young Chef of the Year'.
Corinne comes from a truly gourmet family from the Languedoc region, discovering the pleasures of the palate from a very early age; in Mark she found someone with whom she could recreate the lost dishes of her grandmother and mother.
Together, they created Madame Gautier ~TRAITEUR~ bringing these pleasures to you! Lovingly offering high quality mouth watering food to their customers.
Liana and Guy have inherited the passion for good food too!
Liana runs and develops the Catering and Events side of the business, her bubbly personality and can do approach makes for an extra special service, ensuring that all our customers special occasions and celebrations are a great success.
Guy is a graphic designer... but family duties call! and he naturally has his father's culinary skills, so regularly cooks at all our events, runs markets and helps in the kitchen when Dad calls, as well as being a creative in between!
